Too often, campaign timelines and tight budgets mean that investments in organizational capacity are delayed or ignored altogether. But the effectiveness of our movement is dependent on the health and vitality of our organizational structures and healthy networks. Beginning in 2000, Northeast Action committed itself to significantly increasing the scope and quality of the capacity building expertise and assistance that we provide to our affiliates and allies.
